Day 1 Checklist
Submit Application and Independent Contractors Agreement (ICA)
The first onboarding day is focused on your application, guest pass setup, ICA signing, and activation milestones.

Step 2
Receive a confirmation email in about 30 minutes. This email contains guest pass login credentials and a personal code for the onboarding tracker site.
Look for the subject line "Welcome from eXp Realty! Let's get started!"

Log in to the onboarding portal using the guest pass credentials you received after completing your initial application.

Step 4
A few hours later, watch for a text message from eXp prompting you to log in and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
You should also receive an email copy of the completed ICA for your records.

Step 5
Watch for a state broker email confirming that your application is being reviewed and that your license transfer is moving forward.
If you have questions at this step, contact the broker onboarding team for your state.
If you are in NY, TX, or DE, speak with the broker before progressing with license activation or transfer because of state regulations.
Jump into eXp World and review the broker state flow for your state when prompted.
Prepare your MLS association details so you can move quickly once activation is complete.

Step 6
Complete any CTR or CLC confirmation email forwarding that arrives with the Important Action Needed to Completely Join eXp Realty subject line.

Step 7
Activate your Agent Passport account from the Welcome to eXp Realty email and replace your guest pass credentials with your live login.
Do not lose this login ID and password because you will need it for eXp services moving forward.

Step 8
Watch for the SkySlope email and use the link to create your password with your new eXp email address.
Save this password as well because it becomes part of your daily operating stack.
