Daniel C. Eng is a second-generation commercial real estate entrepreneur, syndicator, and visionary leader with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. His journey began in 1998 when he completed all his real estate courses before heading overseas to Franklin University Switzerland, where he earned a degree in International Banking & Finance.

Upon returning to Dallas, Daniel started his career managing and leasing retail shopping centers. Quickly evolving from property manager to investor, he began syndicating deals under TK Eng & Associates Investment Group, raising capital to acquire and manage commercial assets across the DFW metroplex.

In response to the 2008 financial crisis, Daniel earned the prestigious CCIM and CPM designations in 2009. He has served on the boards of both CCIM North Texas and IREM Dallas. That belief inspired him and his business partner Calvin Wong—whom he met during CCIM courses—to launch ENGVEST Commercial Real Estate, and in 2020 to align with eXp Commercial to expand globally.

Today, Daniel is the founder of We Partners Network, a global real estate organization powered by collaboration, mentorship, and growth. As the 2016 Past President of AREAA DFW, he remains an active advocate for the AAPI community. He is a proud husband and father of four.

Calvin Wong is an Associate Broker for eXp Commercial, focusing on representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. He has created several successful real estate investment partnerships and brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience.

Prior to eXp Commercial, Calvin was a franchise owner for Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates. In his earlier career, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he gained valuable experience in underwriting, acquisition, and investment banking.

Calvin earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2010.
